Our service

Our site offers Restaurant.com Dining Rewards Memberships as a school fundraiser. Proceeds from each purchase are earmarked for the school organization you select. Restaurant.com Dining Rewards Memberships are subject to the terms, conditions, and redemption rules of Restaurant.com, which are available at Restaurant.com. We are an authorized distributor of Restaurant.com Dining Rewards Memberships.

Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email address for Reward Code delivery.

Pricing, payment & donations

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and processed through Square on secure, hosted checkout pages.
• Proceeds from each purchase are earmarked for the school organization you choose.
• Creative Business Solutions Texas LLC (DBA Help Support Our Schools) earns a commission on Restaurant.com Dining Rewards Memberships purchased through this site.

Affiliate referral program

You may enter a referral code at checkout. When you do, the referrer may earn a commission on your purchase at no additional cost to you, and at no reduction to the donation directed to your chosen school organization. Referral codes are voluntary.

Dining Rewards Membership fulfillment

After successful payment, Restaurant.com Reward Codes are delivered to the email address you provided. Delivery timing and redemption are subject to the policies of Restaurant.com. We are not responsible for the redemption terms, restaurant availability, or expiration rules of Restaurant.com.

Refund policy

Because Restaurant.com Reward Codes are delivered and activated immediately upon purchase, all sales are final after a 24-hour refund window. You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase by contacting us using the details on our About page.

No refunds are available after the 24-hour window has elapsed. Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Affiliate and merchant commissions on refunded orders are reversed.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by or licensed to Creative Business Solutions Texas LLC (DBA Help Support Our Schools). "Restaurant.com" is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only to describe the Restaurant.com Dining Rewards Memberships we distribute.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or fraudulent orders, abuse the referral program, or attempt to disrupt its operation. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and Dining Rewards Memberships are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Business Solutions Texas LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the Dining Rewards Memberships. Dining Rewards Membership redemption is governed by the terms of Restaurant.com.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
