Help Support Our Schools, operated by Creative Business Solutions Texas LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), runs a fundraising program that offers Restaurant.com Dining Rewards Memberships and donates a portion of each purchase to local school organizations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact & order information: the email address you enter for Reward Code delivery, the school organization you select, the Dining Rewards Membership items in your order, and any affiliate referral code you provide.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Square. We do not receive or store your full card number; Square handles payment securely on its hosted checkout pages.
• Usage information: basic analytics about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, in aggregate or pseudonymous form.

How we use your information

• To create and fulfill your order and deliver Restaurant.com Reward Codes to your email.
• To record which school organization your purchase benefits and reconcile donations.
• To credit any referring affiliate business when you provide a referral code.
• To respond to support requests and comply with our legal obligations.

Payment processing

Checkout is handled by Square on its secure, hosted pages. Square's processing of your payment is governed by Square's own privacy policy and terms. We receive a confirmation of the transaction and use it to record and fulfill your order.

Affiliate & referral program

If you enter a referral code from a participating business or affiliate, that code is stored with your order so the referring business or affiliate may be credited a commission on the purchase. This does not change the price you pay or the donation amount directed to your chosen school organization. It's just a way to reach more people, which in turn which helps support more schools and kids.

Sharing your information

We share order details with Square (payment processing) and Restaurant.com (Dining Rewards Membership fulfillment). We may share referral codes with the referring affiliate business for commission accounting. We do not sell your personal information.

Children's privacy

Our site is intended for use by adults making purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention & your rights

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, account for donations, and meet legal requirements. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
